What am I paying for when I purchase credits?

Credits represent compute usage for generating images. Each image request deducts a fixed number of credits from your balance. You only pay for what you use — no subscriptions are required, and there are no hidden fees.

Yes. Credits are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase. Unused credits will automatically expire after 365 days and cannot be refunded, except where required by applicable law.

Are purchases refundable?

Refunds are available only in specific cases such as duplicate charges or credits not delivered due to a system error. Used credits are non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for full details.

How is my payment processed?

All payments are securely handled by Creem, our Merchant of Record. Creem manages global tax compliance, invoicing, and billing. 10b.ai does not process or store your credit card information.

Is 10b.ai a subscription service?

No. 10b.ai uses a credit-based system. You purchase credits when needed and use them at your own pace within 365 days.

Can I cancel or change a plan after purchase?

Credit purchases are one-time transactions and cannot be canceled after credits are delivered. You may simply buy additional credits whenever you need.

Will image generation always cost the same number of credits?

Credit usage may vary depending on model type, resolution, or future feature updates. All changes will be clearly communicated before they take effect.

Does 10b.ai store my prompts or generated images?

No. 10b.ai does not store prompts or generated images unless you explicitly save them to your account. We do not use user content for model training.

How is safety enforced?

All prompts go through automated safety and moderation filters to block prohibited content (e.g., NSFW, violence, illegal use). See our Content Moderation Policy for details.

Is 10b.ai based on open-source models?

Yes. 10b.ai incorporates components licensed under the Apache-2.0 open-source license. Attribution details are provided on our Open-Source Attribution page. 10b.ai is an independent service and not affiliated with the original model authors.

Do I own the images I generate?

Yes. You own the rights to the images you generate, subject to our Terms of Service and applicable laws.

What happens if a payment fails?

If a payment cannot be completed: You will not be charged, no credits will be added, you may retry using another payment method. If issues continue, contact support@10b.ai.

How do I access my receipts or invoices?

Creem automatically emails you a receipt after each purchase. If available, you may also view your billing history in your account dashboard.

Are credits a form of currency?

No. Credits are usage units, not a currency. They have no monetary value, cannot be converted to cash, and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or traded. Credits exist solely to measure compute usage within 10b.ai and are consumed when generating images or using other supported features.
