1. Overview
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs the use of 10b.ai (the "Platform"), including all AI generation features, APIs, and related services.
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of access, without prior notice.
2. Zero Tolerance for NSFW Content
10b.ai enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy toward NSFW content.
Users are strictly prohibited from generating, uploading, requesting, or distributing any content that is:
- Sexually explicit
- Nude or semi-nude
- Sexually suggestive (including but not limited to undressing, twerking, or suggestive poses)
- Pornographic or fetish-related
This restriction applies under all circumstances, including paid plans, private usage, and API access.
3. Mandatory Content Moderation & Enforcement
10b.ai implements active and continuous content moderation systems, including:
- Prompt-level filtering
- Output-level filtering
- Automated safety classification and blocking
These systems are designed to prevent the generation of prohibited content, including NSFW material.
Any attempt to bypass, evade, or manipulate these safety systems is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension or termination.
4. Platform Responsibility
10b.ai assumes full responsibility for enforcing all restrictions defined in this AUP.
This applies regardless of whether third-party models, APIs, or services are used. Use of external AI providers does not exempt the Platform from compliance obligations.
5. Prohibited Content
Users may not generate, upload, or distribute any content that falls into the following categories:
5.1 Sexual or Adult Content
- Pornographic or sexually explicit content
- Nudity or partial nudity
- Sexually suggestive or provocative material
- Any sexualized depiction of minors (zero tolerance)
5.2 Violence and Harm
- Graphic violence, gore, or mutilation
- Self-harm or suicide content
- Threats or encouragement of violence
5.3 Hate and Abuse
- Hate speech or discriminatory content
- Harassment or targeted abuse
- Extremist or radical propaganda
5.4 Illegal Activities
- Fraud, scams, or impersonation
- Drug-related or organized crime content
- Dangerous or harmful instructions
5.5 Deceptive or Manipulative Content
- Deepfakes of real individuals
- Misrepresentation of identity or organizations
- Fake endorsements or misleading claims
5.6 Intellectual Property Violations
- Unauthorized use of copyrighted material
- Reproduction of protected brands or characters
- Trademark or licensing violations
6. Prohibited Behaviors
6.1 Circumventing Safety Systems
- Prompt engineering to generate restricted content
- Repeated attempts to bypass filters
- Use of external tools to manipulate safety controls
6.2 Abuse of Platform
- Excessive automated usage outside intended scope
- Creation of multiple accounts for misuse
- System abuse, scraping, or attacks
6.3 Fraudulent Payments
- Chargebacks in bad faith
- Use of unauthorized or stolen payment methods
7. Marketing and Representation Restrictions
Users, partners, and affiliates may not:
- Promote or imply that 10b.ai supports NSFW content
- Use terms such as "uncensored", "no filter", "NSFW", "18+", or similar
- Showcase suggestive or borderline content in marketing materials or galleries
8. Enforcement
Violations of this AUP may result in:
- Blocking of prompts or outputs
- Removal of generated content
- Immediate suspension or permanent account termination
- Revocation of credits without refund
- Reporting to relevant authorities when required
9. User Responsibility
Users agree to:
- Use the Platform only for lawful purposes
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Provide accurate account and payment information
- Maintain account security
10. Updates to This Policy
10b.ai reserves the right to update this AUP at any time to maintain compliance with legal, regulatory, and operational requirements.
