This Content Moderation Policy ("Policy") explains how 10b.ai reviews, filters, restricts, and manages content submitted to, uploaded to, displayed on, or generated through the 10b.ai platform (the "Platform"), including text prompts, uploaded files, generated outputs, public galleries, example outputs, promotional materials, APIs, and related account activity.
This Policy forms part of our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy. By using 10b.ai, you agree to comply with this Policy.
10b.ai is committed to providing a safe, lawful, and trustworthy environment for all users. Our moderation rules are designed to protect users, support responsible AI use, and maintain compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, payment, and platform requirements.
1. Scope of Moderation
This Policy applies to all content and activity associated with the Platform, including:
- Text prompts submitted by users
- Uploaded images, videos, reference assets, or other input materials
- Generated images, videos, or other outputs
- Public galleries, showcases, example outputs, and promotional content displayed on or through the Platform
- User accounts, behavioral patterns, abuse signals, and API usage related to policy enforcement
The Platform is intended only for users who are at least 18 years old.
2. Zero Tolerance for NSFW Content
10b.ai maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward NSFW content.
Users may not generate, upload, request, store, display, or distribute any content that is:
- Sexually explicit
- Nude or semi-nude
- Sexually suggestive, including but not limited to undressing, twerking, or suggestive poses
- Pornographic, erotic, or fetish-related
- Borderline sexually provocative or intended to imply NSFW capability
These restrictions apply under all circumstances, including paid plans, private generations, premium tiers, API usage, drafts, saved projects, public galleries, showcases, example outputs, and promotional materials.
3. Prohibited Content
10b.ai prohibits content in the following categories.
3.1 Sexual or Adult Content
Prohibited content includes, without limitation:
- Pornographic or sexually explicit imagery or video
- Nudity, partial nudity, or semi-nudity
- Sexually suggestive or provocative content
- Erotic scenarios or fetish content
- Content intended to simulate or imply NSFW generation capability
- Any sexualized depiction of minors, which is strictly prohibited and subject to zero tolerance
3.2 Violence, Harm, or Abuse
Prohibited content includes:
- Graphic violence, gore, or mutilation
- Torture, assault, or abusive injury depictions
- Self-harm or suicide content
- Threats, harassment, or targeted abuse
- Instructions that promote physical harm
3.3 Hate, Discrimination, or Extremism
Prohibited content includes:
- Hate speech
- Extremist propaganda or ideology
- Targeted discrimination against protected classes
- Content promoting harassment, dehumanization, or abuse
3.4 Illegal or Dangerous Activities
Prohibited content includes:
- Fraud, scams, or impersonation
- Identity theft or deceptive schemes
- Terrorism, organized crime, or human trafficking
- Dangerous instructions or criminal facilitation
- Illegal drugs or harmful weapons use
- Content intended to evade law enforcement or safety controls
3.5 Deceptive, Misleading, or Manipulative Content
Prohibited content includes:
- Harmful or deceptive synthetic media
- Deepfakes or manipulated depictions of real individuals without authorization
- Fake endorsements, credentials, badges, or testimonials
- Misrepresentation of organizations, institutions, or public figures
- Content intended to mislead, defraud, or manipulate others
3.6 Intellectual Property, Privacy, and Likeness Violations
Prohibited content includes:
- Unauthorized use of copyrighted materials
- Attempts to recreate protected characters, branded assets, or trademarked materials without authorization
- Use of real persons' likenesses without appropriate rights, consent, or other lawful basis
- Uploading or generating content that violates privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights
4. Moderation Methods and Safety Controls
10b.ai uses layered moderation and safety controls designed to prevent, detect, block, and remove prohibited content.
These controls may include:
- Prompt-level filtering before generation
- Uploaded file screening and input analysis
- Output-level detection and classification
- Automated abuse detection and behavioral monitoring
- Rate limiting, account review, and other anti-circumvention measures
- Manual review where necessary for complex, ambiguous, or high-risk cases
10b.ai reserves the right to monitor, review, and test platform usage and generated outputs to ensure compliance with this Policy and related policies.
Our moderation and safety systems are designed to prevent the generation of prohibited content, including NSFW material.
5. Circumvention and Abuse
The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- Prompt engineering intended to generate restricted content
- Attempts to bypass, evade, manipulate, or weaken moderation systems
- Repeated testing of policy boundaries for prohibited content
- Use of external tools or workflows to defeat safety controls
- Repeated submission of blocked prompts or uploads
- Abuse of free trials, credits, multiple accounts, or automation for prohibited purposes
Any attempt to circumvent safety controls may result in immediate suspension, termination, or other enforcement action.
6. Platform Responsibility
10b.ai assumes full responsibility for enforcing the restrictions described in this Policy.
This applies regardless of whether third-party models, APIs, open-source components, or other services are used. Use of external providers does not exempt the Platform or any user from compliance obligations.
7. Public Content, Galleries, and Marketing Restrictions
The same moderation standards apply to all public-facing and promotional content associated with 10b.ai.
Accordingly, public galleries, showcases, sample outputs, advertisements, landing pages, social media materials, and other promotional content may not:
- Feature sexually suggestive, borderline, or sexually provocative material
- Promote, imply, or showcase NSFW capability
- Use examples intended to suggest "uncensored," "no filter," "18+," or similar prohibited positioning
- Display outputs that would be disallowed under this Policy, even indirectly
10b.ai may remove or restrict any public or promotional content that conflicts with these standards.
8. Enforcement Actions
If content or conduct violates this Policy, 10b.ai may take one or more of the following actions, with or without prior notice:
- Block a prompt, upload, or request
- Refuse to generate or deliver an output
- Remove, suppress, or disable access to content
- Restrict or suspend account functionality
- Permanently terminate an account
- Revoke credits or benefits without refund where permitted by applicable law
- Report illegal activity to relevant authorities when required or appropriate
10b.ai reserves the right to determine the appropriate enforcement action based on the severity, frequency, and risk associated with the violation.
9. Data Handling and Moderation Records
10b.ai seeks to minimize data retention while maintaining safety, fraud prevention, and compliance controls.
For moderation and enforcement purposes, 10b.ai may retain limited moderation logs and related metadata, including blocked prompt events, abuse signals, account risk indicators, and enforcement records, solely for:
- Safety and abuse prevention
- Fraud prevention
- Legal and regulatory compliance
- Platform security and integrity
- Internal auditing and policy enforcement
10b.ai does not use user prompts, uploaded files, or generated outputs for model training without explicit user opt-in.

10. User Responsibility
Users are responsible for the content they submit, upload, request, or distribute through the Platform.
Users must:
- Use 10b.ai only for lawful and permitted purposes
- Comply with this Policy, the Terms of Service, and the Acceptable Use Policy
- Refrain from attempting to bypass or test safety controls for prohibited purposes
- Ensure they have the necessary rights, permissions, or lawful basis for submitted content

If you believe content was incorrectly blocked or an enforcement action was taken in error, you may contact:
We may review appeals at our discretion. Submission of an appeal does not guarantee reversal of a moderation decision.
12. Updates to This Policy
10b.ai may update this Policy at any time to reflect changes in legal requirements, safety practices, payment or platform requirements, operational needs, or product functionality.
The latest version of this Policy will always be posted on our website. Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
