10b.ai integrates open-source model components that are licensed under the Apache License, Version 2.0 ("Apache-2.0"). This page provides the required attribution for those components and describes how models are sourced across our platform.
10b.ai is an independent commercial service. We lawfully license open-source technologies and third-party models while providing our own interface, infrastructure, safety systems, and optimizations.
1. Open-Source Model Components Used

10b.ai incorporates portions of this model architecture and/or weights as permitted under the Apache-2.0 license, and deploys and serves this model on our own infrastructure.
2. Summary of Apache License 2.0 Permissions
Under Apache-2.0, 10b.ai — and all users of the model — are granted the right to:
Permitted:
- Use the model commercially
- Modify the model
- Privately or publicly run the model
- Redistribute the model, with attribution
- Build derivative works
Obligations:
- Preserve the original copyright notice
- Include the Apache-2.0 license when redistributing
- Provide attribution and not misrepresent authorship

3. No Affiliation or Endorsement
10b.ai is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tongyi-MAI, Alibaba Group, or any other organization associated with the original open-source model, nor with any third-party commercial model vendor listed below.
The use of Apache-2.0 licensed components or third-party models does not imply:
- Partnership
- Joint development
- Certification
- Approval or sponsorship
All trademarks and product names belong to their respective owners.
4. Third-Party Commercial Models
In addition to the open-source components above, 10b.ai offers certain third-party commercial models (such as GPT Image, Midjourney, Veo, Kling, Nano Banana Pro, and Seedream / Seedance). These models are not developed, trained, or owned by 10b.ai. They are accessed through licensed API distribution and aggregation channels (including but not limited to WaveSpeed AI and Replicate), under the terms offered by those channels and the respective model vendors.
Each model detail page on our platform identifies the actual source and vendor of that model. All model names and trademarks are used solely to identify the corresponding models and remain the property of their respective owners.
5. Platform Components Owned by 10b.ai
The following platform layers are built and operated by 10b.ai, independently of where model inference takes place:
- Web interface and UX
- Workflow orchestration and request routing
- Hosting and runtime infrastructure for models deployed by 10b.ai
- Safety & moderation systems
- Prompt filtering logic
- Account, billing, and credit systems
- Documentation, branding, and all visual assets
Users do not acquire rights to these platform systems under the Apache-2.0 license.
6. User Data and Model Training
10b.ai does not use your prompts, generated images, or uploaded files to retrain, fine-tune, or otherwise modify the underlying models unless you provide explicit consent.
Your content is processed only to deliver the service and enforce platform safety.
7. Purpose of This Page
This page exists to:
- Satisfy Apache-2.0 open-source attribution requirements
- Disclose how third-party commercial models are sourced and attributed
- Provide transparency for users, partners, and regulators
- Clarify the relationship between open-source components, third-party models, and our own platform
- Meet payment-processor AI disclosure expectations
- Avoid any confusion regarding ownership or affiliation
