10b.ai is an independently operated AI generation platform. We provide our own user interface, workflow, credit and billing system, and safety infrastructure. 10b.ai is not an official product of, and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, partnered with, or sponsored by, any third-party AI model developer or vendor.

The models available on 10b.ai come from two sourcing channels, and we describe both openly. First, certain open-source models — including Z-Image-Turbo, released under the Apache License 2.0 — are deployed and served on 10b.ai's own infrastructure, under the terms of their respective open-source licenses. Second, other models provided on the platform are third-party commercial models (such as GPT Image, Midjourney, Veo, Kling, Nano Banana Pro, and Seedream / Seedance) that 10b.ai accesses through licensed API distribution and aggregation channels (including but not limited to WaveSpeed AI and Replicate). Each model detail page on our platform identifies the actual source and vendor of that model.

All model names, product names, and trademarks displayed on 10b.ai are used solely to identify the corresponding models and remain the property of their respective owners. Such use does not imply any partnership, endorsement, certification, or sponsorship. Where a third-party model requires attribution or license notices, we provide them on our Open-Source Attribution page or on the relevant model page.

Regardless of which model generates an output, all requests on 10b.ai pass through our own moderation and safety systems, and all usage is metered and billed through 10b.ai's credit system. 10b.ai is responsible for the operation of its platform, the enforcement of its content policies, and its customers' experience, in accordance with our Terms of Service and Content Moderation Policy.
