What if the user clicks my link and then someone else’s within 7 days?
The referral is still yours. We use a 7-day first-click lock, so later clicks inside the active window do not overwrite the original affiliate.
Do I still get commission if the user buys on another device after registering?
Yes. Once the user registers within your valid attribution window, the referral is bound to the account, so later purchases on other devices still belong to you.
Do you support both first-order and renewal commissions?
Yes. First orders and renewals use separate rates, and KOL partners can also receive custom rates.
When can I request a payout?
After a successful payment, commissions enter a confirmation period and become withdrawable after the default 3-day delay. Once you reach the minimum payout threshold, you can request a PayPal payout.
